Where are you located, and do you offer virtual services?+

We're based in Saint Charles, Missouri and serve the greater St. Louis area in person. Virtual consultation, coaching, and training are available anywhere.

Who do you work with?+

Individuals and families of all ages, plus studios, schools, clinics, and organizations looking for neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed practices.

What happens after I reach out?+

Lauren personally responds, usually within one to two business days, to schedule a free introductory conversation about your goals and the best fit for support.

Do you offer CEUs for RBTs and BCBAs?+

Yes. We provide CEU-eligible trainings, including trauma-inclusive content, plus live workshops for organizations. Ask about upcoming and custom sessions.

Can our studio host adaptive dance or yoga classes?+

Absolutely. We partner with studios and community programs to design and lead adaptive dance and yoga classes, and to train your instructors to sustain them.

Do you accept insurance?+

Services are currently private pay. Reach out and we'll walk you through pricing, packages, and any documentation you may need for reimbursement.
